Description
Yivi is an open-source digital identity wallet that originated in the Netherlands. It uses the Idemix attribute-based credential cryptography system, enabling users to authenticate in a privacy-preserving manner on the internet. Users receive digitally signed attributes from a trusted issuer and store them in their Yivi wallet. They can then selectively reveal specific attributes to online platforms as required. Due to its use of zero-knowledge cryptography, Yivi is particularly suitable for use cases where privacy is important.
