Client tiers

We have four basic tiers in our platform. At the moment we only accept clients in the Professional or higher tier due to the nature of our starting business.

Tiers

• Playground: This tier is for development and testing only. Clients typically start here to understand the platform and test it in their development environment. The number of digital identity wallets, attributes, and requests is limited.
• Basic: This tier is for simple use cases, such as verifying that a customer is over 18. Customization of digital identity wallets, domains, flows, and attributes is limited.
• Professional: This tier is for larger organizations with in-house development and compliance expertise. It supports more customization, digital identity wallets, attributes, and requests.
• Enterprise: This tier is for organizations that need extensive customization or deeper integration into processes such as onboarding. It provides the highest levels of access, customization, and volume.
